What happens with your report

1You get an automatic confirmation with a reference number as soon as the report arrives.
2A person reviews it. We use no automated decision-making.
3We tell you the outcome and the reasons for it, and inform the customer concerned.
4Incomplete or clearly unfounded reports are answered too, with an explanation.
