Unlike SATA SSDs, NVMe drives talk directly over PCI Express, which brings:

• Higher throughput for parallel operations
• Lower latency on random reads
• Better performance for database-heavy sites (e-shops, WordPress)

NVMe shows the most where there’s a lot of reading and writing - loading products, the cart, or search.
