Withdrawal from the contract

Fill this in, then send it by e-mail or print it and post it. Nothing is sent to us from this page.

This is the model form from annex 1 of our terms. A consumer may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract, without giving a reason. Using the form is optional - any unequivocal statement will do.

Please send it from the e-mail address we have on record for your account. If it arrives from another address, we may ask you to verify your identity first. That does not affect the deadline, which is met by sending.
